The culture at Triple M is first and foremost community-focused. Many of our employees grew up in Southeastern Massachusetts and in our host communities of Plymouth and Mashpee, and so we are always working to support one another as well as our communities. Our team participates in local community events like the "Hometown Cleanup" in Plymouth and Mashpee's holiday food/toy drives. Beyond that, our team constantly strives to provide excellent customer service to those who visit our Plymouth and Mashpee dispensaries. Our staff is knowledgeable about every product on our menus and their various uses, and we receive many compliments from patients and customers about how helpful, friendly, and informative our team is.
What's unique about the cannabis industry is the fact that those who work within it are TRULY passionate about cannabis and put their hearts and souls into our product. Our cultivation team puts thousands of hours into growing top-tier flower; our processing and preroll teams are constantly on the search for new and exciting ways to produce infused products and prerolls; and our packaging/labeling team ensures that every product is ready for the dispensaries. Overall, our culture is focused on a collective passion for producing cannabis products to help our patients and customers lead happier, healthier lives.

In our current state of growth, we are searching for diverse new team members to help us expand our Plymouth and Mashpee operations. For management positions, we strive to promote from within.

Our team takes time to really talk and figure out each patient or customer's individual needs. Many other dispensaries seem to rush people out the door, but we want to make sure the customer is receiving all the information they need in order to make an educated decision about what products might be best for their needs.
Communication is key, how effective is the organization at communication with their employees and/or client/customer? *
We have group meetings to review any and all new products coming out so that the team is well-informed of everything going on the menu, and we send out weekly emails internally and externally to our patients and customer to share dispensary news and events as well as product info. We encourage our employees to share their ideas on new products and how to improve our operations.
In what ways does the organization give back to their community? Please provide an example.
We host community events to encourage people to visit our dispensaries, like live music sets and food trucks in our parking lot. We also donate to local charities and participate in many local volunteer events, including the Plymouth and Mashpee “Hometown Cleanup” days and food/toy drives around the holidays.
