Career background / highlights: Bachelor’s degree, Science Business Management; two-time recipient of the Ryan Family Amusements Employee of the Year Award; recipient of the James Ryan Award (exemplification of Ryan Family Amusements core values).
Community commitment: I have been a part of the planning and participation of the annual Battle of the Badges charitable bowling tournament with local first responders. I have recently taken on a larger role in Ryan’s scholarship fund for graduating seniors from the Cape Cod Foundation, as well as our relationship with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cape Cod and the Islands. I also execute the ongoing fundraising special at Ryan’s and Ten Pin Eatery, in which 20 percent of bowling and game card sales at the fundraiser are donated back to the host organization. Dozens of local nonprofit organizations have benefited through this program.
Favorite professional moment: Being able to work side by side with my father, Peter McCaul, for over 10 years.
Who is your role model / mentor? Michael Crowley, Managing Partner, Ryan Family Amusements.
What mistake has taught you the most? Not asking for help when I need it. I've learned just because you can do something, doesn't mean you have to be the person to do it.
What one book has impacted your life? “The Ride of a Lifetime” by Robert Iger
What is your superpower? Being able to stay calm in stressful situations.
Where can you be found on the weekends?

Spending time with my family and my two dogs Cash and Lucy.
