Starting in 2023, 118Group will seek client partnerships with mission-driven organizations. 118Group aims to be the premier website partner for nonprofits in Massachusetts and beyond as they develop long-lasting relationships with their clients.
Other changes at the company involve a shift away from hourly billing, as well as a focus on delivering greater value for a smaller client roster. 118Group also hopes to establish itself as a thought leader in the nonprofit website space by continuing its commitment to developing educational content for nonprofit decision-makers.
