During this workshop, “COVID-19 and Your Cognitive Health: Challenges and Strategies for Re-integrating Post-Pandemic,” Dr. Molly Perdue, executive eirector of AFSC will discuss challenges created by isolation, loneliness and anxieties created from COVID-19 and how to cope with what we consider “normal” life.
