NeighborWorks® Housing Solutions recently received a gift of 100 books from Liberty Bay Credit Union in Braintree.

“Liberty Bay Credit Union has always had strong tie to the community,” said John Parillo, CEO of Liberty Bay Credit Union.  “We were founded by telephone workers who lived and worked in the local community.  Giving back locally is just part of our culture, and we are proud of this.”

The donation of books will be distributed among the various NHS programs throughout the region.   In addition, this donation will help establish a small library within one of the housing developments in Quincy, which predominantly provides affordable housing for families and the elderly.
