ROCKLAND, WEST DENNIS, MA, ISSUED JULY 30, 2024… Media representatives are invited to the groundbreaking of Love Farms’ new, ground-to-table restaurant, being constructed by Acella Construction Corporation, a leader in construction management throughout greater Boston. The groundbreaking celebration will take place on the new date of Wednesday, July 31, at 11 a.m. at Love Farm, 607 & 621 Main Street, West Dennis, Massachusetts. (This is in lieu of the original ground-breaking scheduled for July 24.)
The inspiration for the $10 million, 10,500-square-foot, ground-up farm-to-table restaurant comes from the desire of the Love Farms team to provide Cape Cod with a real locally sourced dining experience based around their own local organic farm. The project will include a parking garage under the building, exterior covered seating, a rear lawn for live music, and on-site greenhouses. The project is expected to be completed by May 2025.
In addition to Acella Construction, other partners on the Love Farms restaurant project include DJSA Architecture (architect), Building Engineering Resources, Inc. (engineer), Boston Showcase Company (kitchen design), and Beautiful Surroundings (interior design).
