Amplify POC Cape Cod’s Summer Vendor Market and Festival will take place Sunday, July 9, from from noon to 4 p.m. at the Hyannis Village Green.
This year’s festival includes live music from The Fred Clayton Band and Rafael Caries, an intergenerational movement session with Lillian Lomba, face painting and bouncy house, food, beer and wine; art activities for all ages, and more than 30 local POC vendors.
This year’s event is hosted in partnership with The Arts & Justice Collective as part of The Arts & Justice Festival, a multi-day celebration of community care, culture and actions that features a series of events July 7 through 9 that focus on community, joy and rest; addresses mental and public health; integrates the history and stories of who makes up Cape Cod; celebrates the richness of different backgrounds through art, food and music; and offers ways for community members to get involved in keeping neighbors healthy, safe and thriving. More details about the festival can be found on the website.
