The IBBA Chairman’s Circle Award is presented to those individuals who closed one or more singular qualified business deals with enterprise value over $3 million and above in total purchase price during the 2022 calendar year.
Bauer is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) as accredited by the IBBA®, the world’s largest professional trade association for business brokers. A licensed Massachusetts commercial real estate broker for more than 15 years, he has successfully completed business dispositions and property sales throughout southeastern Massachusetts, including the South Shore, Boston metro area and the Cape and Islands.
