BayCoast Bank Announces Promotions, New Vice Presidents

BayCoast Bank has announced the promotions of Julie Ramos Gagliardi to first vice president and Melissa Little, Scott P. Lopes and Elizabeth Voss to vice president.

Gagliardi oversees the bank’s Corporate Giving Program and numerous financial literacy and education initiatives while also representing BayCoast Bank in a variety of civic engagements, community partnerships and public relations activities.  Prior to her promotion, Gagliardi, a graduate of the UMass Dartmouth and Boston College and a resident of Somerset, she held the title of vice president.  
 BayCoast Bank has also elected three new vice presidents.

Melissa Little of Lodi, Wisc., has been promoted to vice president/Merchant Program.  In this role, Little, who formerly held the title of assistant vice president, performs functions related to the continued success of the bank’s Merchant Program.  A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Little joined BayCoast Bank in March 2016.

Scott P. Lopes of Swansea has been promoted to vice president/Human Resources and Training & Development.  In this role, Lopes, who formerly held the title of assistant vice president, is responsible for the planning, coordination and administration of HR and training functions for the bank and its subsidiaries.  A graduate of Post University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, he obtained his master’s degree in human resources from New England College of Business. Lopes joined BayCoast Bank in 2012.

 Elizabeth Voss of Somerset has been promoted to vice president/commercial loan officer.  In this role, Voss, who formerly held the title of assistant vice president/portfolio manager, develops and maintains strong commercial loan and deposit relationships with businesses throughout the Southcoast.  A graduate of Worcester State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, Voss is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Massachusetts and Rhode island. She joined BayCoast Bank in February  2019.
