BayCoast Bank has named L’Oreal Reynolds of Lincoln, R.I., as vice president, marketing director.
In this role, Reynolds is primarily responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns, traditional and digital media, partnership growth and event planning. In addition, she identifies opportunities to improve the customer experience and ensure retention.
Reynolds has worked more than 15 years as a marketing and media professional, most recently as senior marketing director with Collette Travel Service, Inc. in Pawtucket, R.I. Previous experience includes as media director with Hill Holliday in Boston, working across various clients including Liberty Mutual, TripAdvisor and Jarden Consumer Solutions.
She is a graduate of New York University with a bachelor of arts degree in Economics.
