BayCoast Bank has announced that Sylvia Mburu of North Providence, R.I. has been named as branch manager of the Cranston, R.I., location.
In this role, she will administer all daily operations of the branch and will train and develop branch employees to deliver the exceptional customer service that BayCoast Bank has built its reputation upon.
Mburu joins BayCoast Bank with 15 years of banking experience, most recently as a branch manager with Santander Bank. Previously, she was employed with Citizens Bank as a branch manager and within various retail banking roles.
She is a graduate of the University of Delhi with a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Small Scale Industries.
