BayCoast Bank Promotes Jana Dubova To VP, Regional Manager

BayCoast Bank (baycoast.bank), a long-time community savings bank serving the people and businesses on the South Coast of Massachusetts and Rhode Island, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jana Dubova of Dighton, to Vice President, Regional Manager for the East Bay Region.

BayCoast BankIn this role, Dubova assists managers of full-service branches within her assigned region with duties that include directing branch efforts to meet the financial needs of customers, implementing strategies to achieve goals developed for each branch, communicating with appropriate management and staff, and ensuring compliance with operating policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Prior to her promotion, Ms. Dubova, who joined BayCoast Bank in June  2018, held the title of Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager at the North Dighton branch.

Dubova has 18 years of retail banking experience and holds a foreign education degree in business and finance, a Certificate in Small Business Banking (CSBB) from Moody’s Analytics, and recently completed the Bristol Community College Just Right Management Leadership Program. She is a Registered Lending Officer and a Massachusetts Notary Public.

A resident of Dighton, Dubova volunteers with numerous organizations, including the Money Management Program at Coastline Elderly Services, Inc.; as a board member of The Salvation Army USA Eastern Territory; and a committee member of The Rotary Club of Fall River.
