Jocelyn M. Oliveira, of Swansea, Massachusetts, has been promoted to Vice President Operations Officer for BayCoast Insurance. She manages the daily operations of the agency and all its offices, while promoting the BayCoast mission of providing exceptional service and solutions to the local community.
Jocelyn, who most recently held the role of Vice President Personal Lines, is a dedicated and experienced insurance professional, earning her Property and Casualty license in 2010. She is committed to her profession by continuously educating herself in this ever-changing industry. She has earned numerous certifications, including the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR Elite) designation in 2016, as well as the Certified Professional in Personal Lines (CPPL) and Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) designations in 2019.
Jocelyn is currently studying for her degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. She is also a proud graduate of the SouthCoast Leadership program and is a long-time member of the Bristol Chapter of the Massachusetts Association of Insurance for Women (MAIW).
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Jocelyn is dedicated to helping the members of our community. She gives her time as a Board member for the Samaritans South Coast, and previously served as a Student Mentor with People Incorporated and volunteer for Gifts to Give.
Devin M. Stein, a resident of Westport, Massachusetts, has achieved the position of Vice President Chief Sales and Marketing Officer with BayCoast Insurance. Devin, who joined BayCoast Insurance in 2013, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role, where he is responsible for directly overseeing the Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Life, Accident and Health Insurance Production and Marketing teams. He previously served as the Vice President of Commercial Lines.
Devin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth, and has earned highly respected designations in the industry, including the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) certifications. He is currently working to obtain the Management Liability Insurance Specialist (MLIS) designation.
In addition to his professional achievements, Devin is passionate about making a positive impact in the local community. Through BayCoast Insurance, he actively participates in numerous community service and volunteer opportunities throughout the year, including Clean Our Westport and Gifts to Give.
