BayCoast Mortgage Company Announces Five Loan Officer Promotions

BayCoast Mortgage Company, LLC announces the promotion of five members of its loan origination team.

Stephan Cabral of Swansea has been promoted to vice president, senior loan officer. As the longest tenured member of BayCoast Mortgage Company, Cabral has become one of the top producing loan officers in the mortgage industry today and awarded the Certificate of Excellence Award at BayCoast Mortgage for being the top self-producer in the company multiple times. Prior to his recent promotion, Cabral held the title of assistant vice president, senior loan officer.

David Viglucci of Fall River has been promoted to assistant vice president, senior loan officer. He joined BayCoast Mortgage in the fall 2011. Prior to his recent promotion, Viglucci held the title of loan officer.

Timothy Robert Long of Fall River has been promoted to assistant vice president, senior loan officer. With more than 10 years of mortgage lending experience, he has earned multiple nominations as a top originator in his region.  Prior to his recent promotion, Long held the title of loan officer.

Kevin Fitzpatrick of Taunton has been promoted to assistant vice president, senior loan officer. He concentrates on building loan relationships in Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Prior to his recent promotion, Fitzpatrick held the title of loan officer.

James Rafuse of Feather Sound, Fla., has been promoted to assistant vice president, senior loan officer. A seasoned mortgage professional with more than 26 years of experience as a loan officer and broker/owner, he is a marketing graduate of the University of Central Florida and a former U.S. Air Force officer.  Prior to his recent promotion, Rafuse held the title of loan officer.
