Eastham, MA – Cape Associates announces the addition of John Falacci as Vice President – Chatham Office. Falacci joins Cape Associates with over 30 years’ experience in the construction and real estate development field. His enthusiasm for construction has allowed him to have a diverse background in a variety of building projects in both the residential and commercial arenas. John enjoys being involved in all phases and takes pride in seeing projects through from conception to completion.
John will oversee the Cape Associates Chatham office located at 784 Main Street which was recently rebuilt and now encompasses work space for over ten people on the first floor and three apartments on the second floor.
