This summer, The Cape Cod Foundation will host its ninth Annual Non-Event, a no frills, no fuss, no-attendance-required fundraiser that supports its civic leadership and philanthropic work across Cape Cod.
“This cost-effective fundraiser gives donors the opportunity to support the Foundation without the obligation of attending an actual event,” said Kristin O’Malley, the Foundation’s President and CEO. “It also gives us the chance to share high-level initiatives and achievements with current and prospective supporters.”
O’Malley said the Foundation administers more than 330 funds and helps donors maximize their philanthropic impact through access to development and grant-making experts, educational opportunities, and professional investment management. Donors also benefit from economies of scale.
“In addition, we build and deploy discretionary resources to strengthen the community,” O’Malley added. “We invest in nonprofit programs and capacity-building initiatives, nonprofit education and leadership development opportunities, partnerships with broad regional impact, and projects that bring vital, shared resources to Cape Cod’s nonprofit community.”
