The Falmouth Chamber of Commerce will host a special breakfast event on May 7, 2024, featuring a spring update from Michael K. Lauf, President and CEO of Cape Cod Healthcare. At this dedicated talk, Mr. Lauf will provide an update on how Cape Cod Healthcare is enhancing access to high-quality care for the Upper Cape community.

Included in this overview will be a summary of recent completed projects to upgrade and modernize the facilities at Falmouth Hospital, from the new, state-of-the-art 11,000-square foot intensive care unit and renovation of the JML Care Center, to the installation of the latest technology and equipment for radiation oncology at the Clark Cancer Center. An update on the next and final phase of Falmouth Hospital’s revitalization – the redesign and expansion of the operating room suite – will also be covered, as well as efforts underway to recruit new providers and staff to support patient care.

The event is open to the public and will be held on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 from 8 – 9:30 a.m. at The Coonamessett, 311 Gifford Street, Falmouth. A light breakfast will be served. Registration is required as space is limited. Community members interested in attending are required to RSVP to the Falmouth Chamber by calling 508-548-8500 or email info@falmouthchamber.com.
