Cape Media Center’s Board of Directors has launched a comprehensive search to identify the next leader of the organization.
The board is working collaboratively with interim Executive Director Kate McMahon to ensure the center’s operations and programs continue to run smoothly. To assist in the executive eirector search, Cape Media Center is partnering with a local firm, Wallin Search Group, headed by Kendra Wallin.
CMC’s Executive Director will provide leadership and develop a culture promoting teamwork, innovation and excellence. This role requires a highly motivated and collaborative individual who has a passion for public service and the mission of Cape Media Center. Under the direction and guidance of CMC’s Board of Directors, the executive director is responsible for ensuring future innovation and sustainability, embracing new digital technologies and taking the organization to the next level.
