Cape Cod Young Professionals is offering an advanced leadership development program that provides an opportunity for the Cape’s up-and-coming women leaders to gain core leadership skills for professional growth and advancement in a highly interactive and collaborative setting while building a Capewide network of peers and mentors.
In addition to virtual and in-person participatory workshops led by professional coaches/facilitators, participants will learn key strategies for success from exceptional Cape women leaders at small group Leadership Luncheons and an in-person Leadership Development Capstone.
The program begins Tuesday, Feb. 14. The cost is $50 for CCYP members and $200 for nonmembers.
