It’s the ultimate farm-to-table experience: Dining outdoors at the farm where many of the ingredients for your dinner have been grown.
The dates and details for Chatham Bars Inn 2023 Farm Dinners at the Chatham Bars Inn Farm in Brewster have been announced.
Executive Chef Andrew Chadwick and his culinary team have creatively designed different menus for each of the 16 dinners offered this season. Each week’s menu highlights the farm’s current seasonal offerings, accompanied by locally sourced meats and fish.
The public as well as guests of the Inn are welcome to book these unique dining experiences. Each dinner begins with a welcome reception at 5 p.m. followed by a four-course dinner from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
The Farm-to-Table Dinners will be held on the following Wednesdays: June 21 and 28; July 5, 12, 19, 26; Aug. 2, 9, 16, 23, 30; Sept. 6, 13, 20, 27′ and Oct. 4.
Dinner tickets are $200 per person including a five-course dinner, wine, signature cocktail, tax and gratuity.
