Chatham Boat Company, a renowned full-service boatyard founded by Paul Avellar and Paula St. Pierre in 2002, has been sold to Todd Fedele, Commercial Realty Advisors has announced.
The sale of Chatham Boat Company, Beachcomber Boat Tours, and the real estate located at 174 Crowell Road was finalized on May 22. Coordinating the sale was Brad Kuhrtz and Craig Campbell of Commercial Realty Advisors.
Over the past two decades, Chatham Boat Company evolved from a basic boat yard into a highly regarded full-service facility, catering to a long list of loyal clients. The Beachcomber Boat Tours offers shuttle service to Chatham’s North Beach Island and seal tours.
Fedele is a U.S. Coast Guard-licensed captain, who brings a wealth of experience and a deep-rooted connection to the local waters of Cape Cod.
