Community Health Center of Cape Cod will soon be offering services at a new location at 90  Route 6A on Sextant Hill in Sandwich.

This new office will enable the Health Center to provide convenient  access to care for more than 1,500 current patients from Sandwich, and to allow more individuals to  access integrated care services.

At a kick-off event held at the Belfry Inn & Bistro on Sept. 15, the  Health Center welcomed leaders in the Sandwich community to learn more about the Health Center and  the plans to expand into Sandwich. Guests were able to speak with Health Center staff members, including  Chief Executive Officer Karen Gardner and Dr. Nevine Henin, who will be practicing in the Sandwich office.

The Sandwich  location will offer the following services: primary care and preventative services, behavioral health and  substance use disorder services, and telehealth services.

The Health Center currently cares for more than 20,000 patients at their four current office locations in Bourne, Centerville, Falmouth and Mashpee. To learn more about Community Health Center of  Cape Cod, or to become a patient, visit www.chcofcapecod.org.
