Community Health Center, which is marking its 25th anniversary this year, is celebrate National Health Center Week. with an open house Wednesday, Aug. 9, from 1 to 3 p.m. at their main office at 107 Commercial St. , Mashpee.
All attendees will be entered into a raffle to win a $75 Amazon gift card. This free event will also feature a free giveaway for the first 20 people (digital scale, electronic toothbrush or CHC hat/jacket); produce bag giveaways for the first 50 interested attendees from Tufts Health Plan; blood pressure and body mass screenings; breast cancer awareness information; Community Health Center and healthy living information; CHC office tours’ CHC giveaways and a “stuffy check-up” activity for kids.
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet team members, learn about employment/volunteer opportunities, ask questions and apply to become a CHC patient. Information will also be available about CHC services including primary care, behavioral health, dental, pharmacy, gynecology, optometry, lifestyle medicine, telehealth and substance use disorders.
