Upon successful completion of the program, all participants will have the opportunity to interview for open positions with employer partners.

Applications for this program will be accepted until Sept. 1, 2021. Due to the popularity of this program, The Community School has a competitive application process. Sixteen applicants will be accepted into the program based on financial eligibility, CORI status and individual application responses.

The Community School received grant funding for their HVAC program in October 2019. The Workforce Competitiveness Trust Fund has funded more than 60 partnerships since 2007, investing in demand-driven programs designed by industry sector partnerships that train and place unemployed and underemployed workers.
