Create A Business Plan At Amplify POC Cape Cod Workshop

Amplify POC Cape Cod is sponsoring the first of its Fall Workshop Series, “How To Write Your Business Plan” with Natalia Frois of International Business Relations on Saturday, Oct. 8, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Cape Cod and the Islands Association of Realtors, (CCIAOR) 22 Mid-Tech Drive,  #22, West Yarmouth.

Lunch will be provided.

This workshop will take participants through the step-by-step process of developing a business plan. The finished project is an operating tool to help manage your business and enable you to achieve greater success. The plan also serves as an effective communication tool for financing proposals.

At the completion of this module, you should be able to:

  • Describe the importance of a business plan
  • Identify the elements of an effective business plan
  • Write a business plan

Frois, originally from Brazil, has built her career around the healthcare and business administration industry. She has a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Informatics. She is also the founder and CEO of International Business Relations.

Working with business owners and helping them thrive with their business is her passion. She is also a commissioner on the Cape Cod & Islands Commission on the Status of Women and serves on the board of the Hyannis Public Library. Frois was awarded the 2020 Massachusetts Latinx Trailblazer for her work in the community.

She is also the Program Director for Covenant to Care for Foster Families’ ministry of the Cape Cod Council of Churches. Recently, she published her first book in Portuguese, “Liberta-se: (Free Yourself), a book of poetry.

Workshops are open to all and $50 for APOC members and $75 for nonmembers. Lunch is included. POC scholarships are available for members if there is financial hardship. Register by Oct. 5 by emailing Tara info@amplifypoccapecod.com
