The Dennis Chamber of Commerce May 5K race will be held Saturday, May 14, when runners and walkers will line up at Johnny Kelley Park in South Dennis to compete, starting at at 9 a.m. at the park and finishing at Carleton Hall on Old Bass River Road in Dennis.
Transportation will be provided back to the start after the race.
A portion of the proceeds from this year’s race will benefit the Dennis Chamber of Commerce Scholarship Fund.
Registration is $30 and $20 for ages 18 and under. The first 150 race entrants will receive a free T-shirt and medals will be awarded to top male and female finishers in six age categories – from kids to seniors.
Participants may register online for the race at dennischamber.com or register at the event.
Bib numbers and T-shirts for registered runners may be picked up between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. at the Dennis Chamber office at 242 Swan River Road in West Dennis.
