Christopher Ellis, Community Health Center of Cape Cod’s Director of Organizational Advancement, has been included in the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP) 2021 40 Under 40 list.

The 40 Under 40 recognition program celebrates future leaders within the healthcare philanthropy community.

“These honorees are part of a select group who have demonstrated impressive career achievements, deep community involvement, and outstanding leadership in all they do,” said Alice Ayres, president and Chief Executive Officer of AHP.

Ellis is responsible for helping to advance the mission of Community Health Center of Cape Cod through fundraising, communications and outreach efforts, including grant writing and reporting, donor cultivation, event planning, strategic planning, marketing and public relations. He joined the team at the Health Center in February 2015.  Ellis is originally from Yonkers, N.Y., and lives with his family in Brewster.

“We are so proud to have Chris Ellis heading the advancement efforts at CHC,” said Karen Gardner, CEO of Community Health Center of Cape Cod.  “Since joining our organization we have reached new heights in not only revenues, but name recognition within the communities we serve – all leading to a healthier population.”
