The Family Pantry of Cape Cod, the largest food pantry on the Cape, will host a Food Grab and Go event on Sunday, March 21, from 8 to 10 a.m. in the rear parking lot of Monomoy Regional High School, 75 Oak St., Harwich.
Volunteers will be on site to direct traffic and to load the food into vehicles. Any Cape resident is welcome to participate; no registration is required. Three-hundred bags will be available for distribution and will include apples and nonperishable food items suitable for breakfast, lunch and dinners.
