Foran Realty Co. has earned accreditation from the National Home Watch Association for the ninth year. Home Watch is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues, which means that it is a service that “keeps an eye on things” at your vacation or primary home while you are not in residence. All principals of NHWA Accredited Member companies are background-checked, insured, and bonded.

Foran Realty President and Founder Patrick J. Foran is a Worcester native who grew up in Dennis. He currently lives with his wife and children in Cummaquid. Foran holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Assumption College. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Licensed Insurance Broker.

Having been in the real estate sales and vacation rental business for over 18 years, Foran saw a lack of dependable people to keep an eye on the property of absentee owners. One winter, an alarm went off at his parents’ home, alerting him to a flood. The emergency responders told him this happens a lot and that homeowners don’t discover these events until months later. Between this and the things he’s seen as a real estate broker, Foran decided to offer Home Watch services.
