RANDOLPH, FRANKLIN, ISSUED DECEMBER 22, 2023… Grow Associates, an organization that connects individuals of all abilities with opportunities, is pleased to announce Emily Shea of Franklin, Massachusetts, as Director of Supported Employment.
In this capacity, she ensures that individuals served by Grow Associates are assisted with obtaining and maintaining employment and have the opportunity to succeed in the competitive labor market.
Shea joins Grow Associates with prior work experience with Mass Hire through the Commonwealth Corporation and Youth Works and is experienced in connecting vulnerable populations with the proper job training and skills necessary to best prepare for gainful employment.
A graduate of Bridgewater State University with both a bachelor’s and master’s degree, Shea is a certified ServSafe Manager.
“In the short time that Emily has been a member of our team, she has significantly improved the placement success rate of the supported employment department,” said Brian Jadro, interim executive director of Grow Associates. “She demonstrates a great commitment to our mission and her dedication to those we serve is undeniable.”
