Plymouth’s Guilty Bakery has found a second home, at 28 North St. at Mashpee Commons on Cape Cod.

The “fresh-from-scratch” bakery owned by  Amy Dieso and Krista Malayter opened in Plymouth in 2012.

The founders realized their dream of opening a bakery after working together at The Catered Affair in Hingham. They wanted to “create a business driven by the concept that any idea can be brought to life.” Dieso was the executive pastry chef at The Catered Affair and Malayter worked as an intern under Joanne Chang at Flour Bakery & Cafe in Boston.

“We are so delighted to have Guilty Bakery open at Mashpee Commons, where people can stop by for a delicious baked good or place an order for a custom cake for a special occasion,” said Krysten Kelliher, Marketing Director for Mashpee Commons. “Mashpee Commons loves to support small businesses that have a unique way to offer goods and Guilty Bakery will be a great place for Mashpee residents and visitors to enjoy.”

The bakery will offer a variety of goods including a rotating menu of cookies, pastries, French macarons and cupcakes that will change with the season. Guilty Bakery also specializes in custom orders and specialty wedding cakes.
