South Shore property manager Pamelia Haynes of Micozzi Management was recently awarded the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Individual Award by the Institute of Real Estate Management® (IREM) Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4.

The award recognizes outstanding leadership in ensuring that all people feel a sense of belong in the workplace. Haynes’ award was based significantly on her dedication to onboarding a diverse group of new members, to whom she offers support and encouragement in chapter participation. As a member of the IREM Boston Diversity Committee, Haynes focuses on outreach to high school students, introducing them to property management as a career option.

Haynes is an Accredited Residential Manager and a Certified Property Manager and currently serves on the IREM Boston No. 4 Chapter’s Board of Directors.
