Pretty Picky Properties has named Carla Hemmings to the position of Vacation Planner.
A proven performer in vacation rentals, she brings 30-plus years of hospitality and property management experience to her new role with an impressive resume including William Raveis and Gibson Sotheby’s International.
Hemmings joined Pretty Picky in May 2023 as a Property Manager, learning about many of the properties under contract as well as the company’s exclusive systems and high-touch owner and guest service.
As a Vacation Planner, Hemmings will manage reservations for her assigned properties and serve as the primary contact for owner and guest communications. She reports to Scott Cheyne, VP of Operations and a Pretty Picky owner.
