Housing Assistance Corporation invites potential homeowners to a Virtual Info Session for two income-restricted homes in Falmouth Heights, Falmouth, on Thursday, Aug. 24, at 6:30 p.m.
Interested homebuyers can register for the session, which will be held on Zoom, at: haconcapecod.org/lotteries.
These two newly constructed homes represent the final phase on Kendall Lane in Falmouth Heights. The stunning brand-new homes offer three bedrooms and 2.5 baths with a first-floor primary bedroom.
Housing Assistance Corporation is overseeing the lottery, which is targeted as workforce housing for families. The homes will be sold for $243,000 to an eligible applicant whose income does not exceed 80% of Area Median Income (AMI). Income and asset restrictions apply.
The Area Medium Income is: one person: $64,450; two persons: $73,650; three persons: $82,850, four persons: $92,050; five persons: $99,450, and six persons: $106,800. Household assets must be no more than $75,000.
Applications for the lottery can be found online at haconcapecod.org/lotteries. Printed copies are available at the Falmouth Public Libraries, Falmouth Town Hall, and Housing Assistance Corporation’s Office.
The deadline to apply is Tuesday, Oct. 3, at 5 p.m. The lottery drawing will be held within 30 days of the application deadline.
