Housing Assistance Corporation invites potential homeowners to a Virtual Info Session for two income-restricted condominiums in North Falmouth, on Tuesday, May 9, at 5:30 p.m. Interested homebuyers can register for the session, which will be held on Zoom, at haconcapecod.org/lotteries.
These two newly constructed condominiums represent phase 1 of 2 in Wild Harbor Condominium. These stunning brand-new condos offer three bedrooms (including a first-floor primary bedroom), 2.5 baths and a one-car garage.
Housing Assistance Corporation is overseeing the lottery, which is targeted as workforce housing for families. The condominiums will be sold for $220,000 to an eligible applicant whose income does not exceed 80% of Area Median Income (AMI). Income and asset restrictions apply.
Applications for the lottery can be found online at haconcapecod.org/lotteries. Printed copies are available at the Falmouth Public Libraries, Falmouth Town Hall, and Housing Assistance Corporation’s Office.
The deadline to apply is Friday, June 16, at 5 p.m. The lottery drawing will be held within 30 days of the application deadline.
