BRAINTREE, BOSTON, MA, ISSUED January 2, 2024… The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, is proud to announce that Kaleen Price of Boston has been honored with a Professional Achievement Award by the Massachusetts Apartment Association (MAA).
Price was named a 2023 Rising Star during the November 30th MAA President’s and Achievements Award Dinner, held at the Westin Copley Place in Boston.
The annual awards ceremony recognizes individuals who have gone above and beyond within their career and have made significant contributions to the multi-family housing industry.
Price, who joined the Peabody Companies in January of 2022, is a portfolio operations analyst and property manager. She was also recognized earlier in the year when named a 2023 “30 Under 30” by the Institute for Real Estate Management (IREM).
Additionally at the event, the Peabody Companies’ Emilio Broussett was named Apartment Maintenance Supervisor of the year, and Tiny Corporan was a finalist in the Apartment Manager of the Year category.
