Kim Dee Promoted To Head Of Retail Banking At Citizens

Kim Dee, executive vice president, customer transformation director, has been promoted to head of Retail Banking at Citizens. In her new role, Dee will be managing a retail organization of 5,000 colleagues and 1,000 retail branch locations. 

She is an accomplished retail and business banking executive with more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry. She has held a number of roles during her career at Citizens including executive vice president of Sales Strategy and Distribution, head of sales for Business Banking, product management and retail director for the Greater Boston and New England South regions. In her most recent role as customer transformation director for Core Banking, she implemented a large scale, complex change agenda in the retail branch network. The program focused on digital migration, relationship and advice-based solutions, enhancements to colleague development, and streamlining retail operation processes and procedures.

Dee is a member of the Citizens Executive Leadership Group, the Charitable Giving Board at Citizens Bank and a mentor and executive leader for the Consumer Banking and Enterprise Experience early career candidates.

A resident of Braintree, Dee is a graduate of Boston College Carroll School of Management where she graduated with a degree in finance and marketing.
