BRAINTREE, MA, ISSUED JANUARY 14, 2025… The Peabody Companies (www.wearepeabody.com), a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, is delighted to announce that Senior Resident Services Manager Kristen Fowler has been recognized by the New England Affordable Housing Management Association (NEAHMA) for her contributions to the resident services community.
Fowler was honored at the recent NEAHMA Annual Industry Awards reception, held in conjunction with the organization’s Annual Conference and Trade Show held at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Massachusetts.
Fowler joined the Peabody Companies in 2007 and is senior resident services manager at Braintree Village, a community of 324 apartment homes.
A graduate of Stonehill College, Fowler earned her master’s degree from Bridgewater State College, now known as Bridgewater State University. She holds a Fair Housing Compliance (FHC™) designation from the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).
Fowler recently stepped down from her role as a member of the NEAHMA Board of Directors.
