Founded in 2004, Long Pond Physical Therapy has become a cornerstone in the local healthcare landscape, providing top-notch rehabilitation services and earning the trust of countless physicians and patients over the years. Owners Andrew Burke and Brian Faghan have been at the helm of this success story since day one, guiding Long Pond Physical Therapy’s growth with passion and expertise.

The clinic operates out of two locations; the original on Long Pond Road in Plymouth and a second facility in South Plymouth’s Redbrook community.

Kara McKeown, MSPT and Lori Barberia, PT of the Redbrook clinic were recently honored as Community Choice Award winners. Faghan is a past Plymouth Chamber of Commerce Business Person of the Year recipient, while Burke was recognized as a 40 Under 40 rising star by Cape & Plymouth Business Media.

Long Pond Physical Therapy continues to stay at the forefront of innovative healthcare solutions, proudly introducing the latest in rehabilitation technology—the Orthopulse One shockwave therapy. This state-of-the-art treatment for musculoskeletal injuries offers patients cutting-edge options for faster recovery and improved outcomes, showcasing the clinic’s commitment to staying abreast of advancements in the field.

Long Pond Physical Therapy’s record of successful rehabilitation sometimes yields unexpected dividends. Former patients Jen Tirrell and Cheryl Cecchini experienced firsthand the transformative care provided by the clinic. Inspired by their journeys to recovery, both Jen and Cheryl now proudly serve as valued members of the Long Pond Physical Therapy team, embodying the clinic’s ethos of turning challenges into triumphs.

Owners Andrew Burke and Brian Faghan express their gratitude to the Plymouth community for two decades of trust and support. “The past 20 years have been a remarkable journey, and we are grateful for the privilege to serve this community. Long Pond Physical Therapy remains dedicated to providing exceptional care and promoting the well-being of our patients,” said Brian Faghan.

As Long Pond Physical Therapy celebrates its 20th anniversary, the clinic looks forward to continuing its mission of providing high-quality innovative rehabilitation services, fostering community connections, and contributing to the overall health and vitality of the Plymouth area. Their mantra: Limp In… Walk Out!
