McManus Named New Volunteer Manager, Office Administrator For Greater Plymouth Habitat

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Plymouth (HFHGP) has announced the appointment of Lynn Vecchi McManus of Middleboro as the organization’s new Volunteer Manager and Office Administrator.

Greater Plymouth HabitatIn her role as Volunteer Manager, McManus will play a crucial role in recruiting and coordinating volunteers to support HFHGP’s mission of providing affordable housing to families in need. She will be responsible for identifying volunteer opportunities, managing volunteer recruitment efforts and ensuring a positive and meaningful experience for all volunteers. McManus will also present about volunteer opportunities to various groups within our regional community, spreading awareness and engaging individuals to make a difference.

Her previous experience includes Education Director at School on Wheels of Massachusetts, where she oversaw the operation of the kindergarten through 12 tutoring program across 18 homeless shelter sites in 11 Massachusetts communities.

At Habitat, McManus will leverage her experience in program management, volunteer coordination and community advocacy to strengthen the organization’s volunteer network and expand its outreach efforts.
