Cape Cod Commercial Fishermen’s Alliance’s first Meet the Fleet event of the new year takes place Wednesday, Feb. 15, at 5:30 p.m. via Zoom.
Join Chef Tyler Hadfield from The Rail who will prepare Monkfish Picatta and hear from local fishermen about the monkfish fishery.
Tickets are $75 per household and includes all the necessary ingredients to cook the recipe for two people.
On the day of the event, pick up your insulated cooler bag filled with the ingredients needed along with the printed recipe between 12 and 4 p.m. at the Fishermen’s Alliance office: 1566 Main St, Chatham.
At 5:30 p.m. , log on to the Zoom link to attend the Meet the Fleet Cooking Class (link will be provided the day before).
Reservations must be made by Wednesday, Feb. 8.
