SV Design Principal Thad Siemasko has announced the promotion of interior designer Lindsay Moore to Associate at the architecture and interior design firm in Chatham.
Moore, who has 15 years of interior design experience, joined SV Design’s Cape Cod office in 2019 as Senior Project Manager.
“Lindsay is the kind of designer who helps a client see through current trends and leads them to lasting, timeless design choices they can live comfortably with for years to come,” said Siemasko. “She is always the first to delve into a client’s lifestyle, what they value, and how they envision living in their home, which she then uses as the foundation for designing impeccable spaces.”
A few of Lindsay’s greatest passions are the art and craftsmanship of custom furniture, utilizing environmentally friendly textiles and materials with a lifespan to withstand the test of time, and perfecting spaces to align with a client’s ideal vision.
“I always find the best thing about a project is walking through a completed space at the very end and seeing all of the design elements come together in a way so that they appear effortless,” she says. “That, to me, is the highlight of my job.”
Born and raised in California, Moore received a bachelor of science degree in Interior Design from San Francisco State University. She met her now-husband at a project installation on Nantucket and moved to Cape Cod in 2018.
