NeighborWorks Housing Solutions Announces Maxine Depina as Resource Development Director

TAUNTON, KINGSTON, QUINCY, BROCKTON, NEW BEDFORD, FALL RIVER, MA ISSUED JUNE 5, 2024…NeighborWorks® Housing Solutions (NHS; www.nhsmass.org), the leading housing service provider in southern Massachusetts, is pleased to announce Maxine Depina of Quincy, Massachusetts, as resource development director.
In this role, she will develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet the organization’s financial goals, cultivate and maintain relationships with key donors, stakeholders and philanthropic groups, and oversee the planning and execution of fundraising events, among other responsibilities.

Depina joins NHS with more than seven years of experience in the property management/real estate industry as a marketing and social media professional. Her career background also includes a three-year tenure as associate publisher and social media manager for the New England Real Estate Journal.
A graduate of Suffolk University with a Bachelor of Science degree in communication and journalism, Depina also holds a Master of Arts degree in communication from Southern New Hampshire University.
Depina serves as a member of the Marketing & Events Committee with the Boston Police Foundation and is a member of the Events Committee at Mother Caroline Academy & Education Center in Dorchester. She is fluent in spoken Portuguese Creole.
