NeighborWorks® Housing Solutions (www.nhsmass.org), a leading housing service provider in southern Massachusetts, has received a 2021 Metro South Economic Impact Award for developing Sycamore on Main, a 48-residential apartment complex at 121 Main St. in Brockton.
NHS was selected for the honor as the investment in Sycamore on Main “contributes greatly to the economic development of the Metro South region,” according to the Metro South Chamber of Commerce.
“Progress takes leadership, vision, and cooperation,” said Cynthia Pendergast, Brockton Program Director for NeighborWorks Housing Solutions. “Seeing the completion of this development in the heart of downtown Brockton is a testament to the partnership between NeighborWorks and the City of Brockton.”
