Applied Behavior Analysis and Speech Therapy company, Proven Behavior Solutions, based in Norwell, is expanding in the South Shore. Slated for early 2021, the company is opening two new clinical centers in Stoughton and West Bridgewater.
Currently, the company employs 100 staff members and operates out of their Norwell campus. With the 2021 expansion, Proven will be hiring for many new positions including behavior technicians, BCBAs and speech therapists. Both of the new facilities contain 10,000 square feet of clinical, recreational, training, and administrative space. The expansive centers will allow for multiple therapy and play areas, a cafeteria, indoor motor play equipment and additional outdoor motor play equipment in West Bridgewater.
“For the past four years, we have had to turn away desperate families from west of Route 24 because we couldn’t ensure effective case support,” said CEO Scott Snider. “Some of these families were coming from bad experiences with other providers, many had simply heard about the high quality of our programs at Proven and wanted their child to benefit from them. Now, thanks to these two new clinical centers, we finally have the ability to serve those families with the clinical quality and support their child deserves. Not only is this a win for our company, it’s a win for all the families in those neighboring communities that have been hoping for better access to care and high quality alternatives.”
Proven is primarily an Applied Behavior Analysis services and Speech and Language Therapy company serving individuals with autism and their families in the South Shore and Upper Cape Cod.
