Partners Insurance Group LLC, with eight locations in Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island, has announced the promotion of Jocelyn M. Oliveira of Swansea to Assistant Vice President of Personal Lines.
In this role, Oliveira is directly responsible for all Personal Lines branch office personnel and functions. She also ensures that the department is providing prompt, accurate and courteous service to customers.
Prior to her recent promotion, she held the title of Personal Lines Manager.
Oliveira joined Partners Insurance Group in May 2011 as a Customer Service Representative.
Oliveira is presently working toward an associate’s degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. She holds a Property and Casualty Insurance License; is a designated Certified Insurance Service Representative Elite; holds designation as a Certified Professional in Personal Lines ; is a Certified Professional Insurance Agent; and is a graduate of the Leadership Southcoast Program.
Oliveira is a member of the Bristol Chapter of the Massachusetts Association of Insurance for Women and is a board member of The Samaritans of Fall River/New Bedford.
