Paul Muldoon of Harwich is joining SV Design and will lead the Chatham office’s architecture and interior teams.
Muldoon’s 20 years of experience includes 12 years at SV Design in both the Beverly and Chathamoffices as Senior Project Manager, prior to founding Muldoon Architects in 2019. While Principal at Muldoon Architects, he expanded his breadth of experience in custom home design on Cape Cod and beyond. His return to the firm’s Chatham office, he said, is driven by a desire to join forces with an innovative and integrated team.
“I am excited to be back in Chatham with SV Design,” said Muldoon. “There is a certain energy and kinshipthat comes with being part of a team that you can share ideas with. I am fortunate to be rejoining this talented group and look forward to engaging our clients in designs that bring fulfillment to their lives.”
Having spent the last seven years living on Cape Cod, Muldoon’s knack for blending contemporary design with traditional shingle-style architecture results in designs driven by the beauty of their surroundings – drawing on tranquil color palettes, natural light, and creating a synergy between the land and the home.
Muldoon’s role within SV Design will involve actively contributing to the conceptualization of projects, offering his expertise in design, and infusing each project with his unique architectural sensibilities.
