The Peabody Companies have announced that Katrina Pavetto of Salem has been named vice president of compliance.
In this role, she is responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance with all federal and state agencies, ensuring that contractual, investor and lender requirements are met for the entire portfolio of the company’s properties, in addition to keeping current on all changes in affordable housing regulations.
Pavetto brings more than two decades of experience in the multi-family housing industry to her position with the Peabody Companies, most recently as vice president of Affordable Housing Compliance with WinnResidential in Boston.
A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor of arts degree in urban studies and history, Pavetto holds numerous industry-related certifications, including Certified Occupancy Specialist, Tax Credit Specialist, Certified Credit Compliance Professional, S.T.A.R. Rural Development Certification and Blended Occupancy Specialist.
