BRAINTREE, BOSTON, MA ISSUED MARCH 14, 2024… Peabody Properties, an affiliate of The Peabody Companies, ( a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms now celebrating its 48th anniversary, is currently accepting applications for the post-lottery waitlist at Our Lady’s Guild House at 20 Charlesgate West in Boston.

Located in the heart of Boston’s Fenway-Kenmore neighborhood, Our Lady’s Guild House is comprised of single-occupancy rooms. Its amenities include common-area kitchens, common-area living rooms, multiple dining rooms, laundry facilities, and professional management with 24-hour emergency maintenance.

Our Lady’s Guild House has a single-gender requirement for people who identify as women only, based on its historic mission of providing affordable housing to women. This requirement is temporary until construction begins.

Our Lady’s Guild House is within walking distance of public transportation, offers easy access to local highways, and is near medical facilities, shopping, dining, entertainment, and recreational venues.
