BRAINTREE — Peabody Properties has announced that Patricia Juba of Taunton has earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Boston Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Juba, who joined Peabody Properties in 2006, is a senior property manager who oversees a portfolio of 10 affordable housing communities that serve the homeless population as they transition into permanent housing.
The CPM designation is considered the premier public sector property management certification worldwide. It is based on a selected set of competencies and is awarded upon completion of an accredited CPM program.
